Scope, deliverables, and timelines

Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the proposal or statement of work. Any changes require written approval.

Payments follow the schedule defined in the proposal. Late payments may pause delivery.

Out-of-scope requests require a separate estimate and approval before execution.

Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property transfers upon full payment, except for pre-existing assets or tools.

Liability is limited to the amounts paid under the relevant agreement, to the extent permitted by law.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for the project.
